Simple ovarian cyst

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I dignose with simple ovarian cyst in my left ovary {5.4×3.7cm} on 6th march 2018.doctor suggest me 14 days antibiotics course.i was feeling very much better but from 4 to 5 days again i am feeling some pressure and sensation kind of thing in my lower abdomen.Is this resolve itself or need surgery?I am 28 year old unmarried girl.
