I have ovarian cyst
Having vomit indigestion and no excretion for 2 days my father admitted me in government hospital till now with many medicines and intravenous liquid still no relief after ultrasound and ct scan it says that there is a ovarian cyst on both but right one is bigger approx 5 cm bot report say different figure , the surgeon say to remove full ovary of right side. But both report didn't mention any twist or torsion still I am afraid,please help me , i don't know what to do now my family is in tense.

Hi the symptoms you are facing is more in favour of torsion but as you are young diagnostic lap is preferred and if torsion is there then may be the ovary will be compramised

Please share the full report of your MRI. CT Scan is not of much use for your problem.

Sometimes torsion can be missed in scans. It good to go for diagnostic laparoscopy based on ur clinical condition and even if there is torsion not all the times we remove ovaries.
