History of endometriosis surgery both ovary right ovary two cyst hemorrhagic cyst Left 7 cm endometrioma and 5 cm simple cyst Done in 2021 sept Since then I'm on 3 year dienogest 1 year estro plus During this time USG clear some time show pcod then resolve Due to raise on lft enzymes That time sept 2025 USG report normal no cyst Stop medicine sept, oct 2025 then take november Then again stop december start January now I have right ovary cyst echo free size 2.58 cm Why this is happened Now I'm on estro plus Is estro plus shrink cyst

Echofree cyst of 2.5 cms is most likely a simple cyst and not an endometrioma. These can happen commonly and do not require follow up. However endometriosis is known to recur with time and seek advise if symptoms return
