Side effects of isotretinoin

Sir, I'm taking isotretinoin 20mg(sotret) for acne vulgaris and post inflammatory marks. I had observed some hyper-pigmentation on my fingers and feels bit tanned without any sun exposure. Is this due to isotretinoin?

Isotretinoin causes photosensitivity. Kindly take the tablet at night and use a sunscreen even if no sun exposure.visible light also causes damage.
