Shoulder pain
I used to go gym. i m suffering from shoulder pain from last 2 months i consult with physiotherapist and orthopaedit they did therapy and x ray said everything is ok. but still i m suffering from pain.unablle to do any exercise. I dont know what is the problem and what is the solution. i m not going gym now a days. pls let me know the solution

• Gentle Shoulder Stretching. • Core Strengthening Exercises. • Gentle Neck Exercises. • Avoid sleeping on affected side. • Warm up and cool down is a must.

There are chances of rotator cuff injury.  Take rest,  analgesics for 2 weeks. If pain still doesn't relived,  then go for a MRI

If you have all be done with the physiotherapy and even able to get normal muscle strength in your shoulder muscles that still if the pain for sis when it's better let you go for a MRI scan and meet and Shoulder surgeon
