I have had pain in the right shoulder area for the last four months. Consulted multiple doctors and physios but the problem remains the same. Doing range of motion exercises alone as more exercises only seem to increase pain. Want to know if this condition generally takes time to get better.
1. Heaviness felt in the shoulder after waking up.
2. Some pain in the biceps now and then.
3. Mild electric wave sort of feeling now and then in upper back.
Have done UsT and IFT intermittently for ten sittings. Attaching my MRI.
Tablet Etoshine MR was prescribed by doctors but I have not had the course as it didnt sit well with my stomach.
What exactly is going to help me feel better soon ? Pls advise.

As per your Mri report and complain your suffering from supraspinatous tendnitis it maybe due to your day to day work or any trauma that might had happened Physiotherapy only helps if the action or day to day work that is causing the trauma is stopped, and the muscle is rested adequately, and medication has been taken only after the pain has subsided physiotherapy should be started.
