Shoulder Injury
I had a bike accident during COVID and I couldn't consult a doctor back then. I used some traditional lubricants to get recovered. It healed by time. Recently, I started to work out. Whenever I do upper body workouts like push-ups my shoulder slightly gets disturbed. Not really hurting, because when I feel the tension there, I immediately stop. So, what should I do?

Older injuries usually heal by themselves unless there is some ligament/muscle tears. They let you do most of your activities but don’t let you strain the joint. Either go consult an ortho and get the necessary scans if convenient, or do strengthening physio for shoulder and see if the symptoms go slowly
Next Steps
Consult/physio

Take collagen supplements
