She has fever from last 7 days,
She has fever from last 8 days.it started with 99.8, then went to 103 day 3,then I went for covid test it was negetive.now at day 8 in afternoon tep rises to 100.no other complaint.pl advice.

With only fever history diagnosis can't be made. There are 100+ causes for high grade fever.
Next Steps
Sometimes Covid reports can come false negative. Check again if possible. She needs to be physically examine, Blood examinations,Urine examination to rule out the causes of fever. For now to decrease fever u can take paracetamol 650mg (if temp above 100) but only 3 times a day not more than that & at gap of 6 hours.

The information limited with just fever and no other symptoms. The source of infection seems unclear. Usually there will associated symptoms like throat ache ,cold, fatigue, body pains, joint pains, cough, loss of appetite, abdominal pain, nausea,vomiting, Diarrhea, burning urine. Recheck if any of these symptoms are there to determine source of infection. Immediately consult a general physician. Since the covid test is negative get a Complete blood count, complete urine examination, CRP done
