I have a sexual aroused when I work with others and having social life, thats make me excited and very nervous..and always this embarrassed causing to don't have friends, to don't find a future career and to be concentrate in my duties. Could u suggest to me something to relived this problem?

Getting sexual thoughts or arousal sometimes is perfectly normal. More commonly seen in cases such as yours is the Obsessive sexual thought which makes a person highly anxious and distressed.
