Sexual obsession ocd
I am getting sexual thoughts about god from 1 year but I am not feeling any anxiety because that are unwelcome and involuntarily coming and I can't do anything.
But I am getting so many doubts when ever I am feeling sexual arousal after sexual thoughts about god.
Pls advise me about this sexual arousal in detail and suggest me what to do.
I know I have to get face to face physiatrist CBT.
But before provide valuable information about this sexual arousal I am feeling.

Hello..yess these are obsessive thoughts.. if you are getting these thoughts n you can't stop/control it even after wanting to, and even if u r forced to act to these thoughts or not,they are getting worse day by day. U must visit a Psychiatrist so dat u receive some medication and then the Psychiatrist will refer you to a psychologist for psychotherapy and other techniques.
