Hi sir I am suffering from below issues in sexual problem. I am not married but I will get married in 3 months.need your advice whether below issues can be solvable.
1. my inner skin not coming out fully
2.i have premature ejaculation problem.
3.when I did scan it found I have varicose vein in testes and it's second stage
4. my penis very weak and it noty able to eject second time.
5.sometimes I get pen in penis tip and testes too
6.I am getting night fall which I have dreams.
