I am less than 20 years old. I had a habit of Prone Masturbation for few years but I abandoned the practice 1.5-2 years ago and had only occasional practice of it. Now, I am unable to ejaculate via normal Masturbation methods and although I feel stimulation I don't know if that's how much I should be feeling or it has been suppressed, thankfully I don't have Erection Dysfunction, but I also ejaculate under 30 seconds via Prone Masturbation. I feel like I have Premature Ejaculation, Anorgasmia as well as Ejaculatory Dysfunction. What can I do???

Dear Patient,
Please do not worry too much — the issue you are describing is quite commonly seen in young males and in many cases it is treatable with proper guidance and sexual rehabilitation.
From your history, it appears that your body has become conditioned to a specific masturbation style (prone masturbation). Over time, this can sometimes lead to problems such as:
• Difficulty ejaculating through normal hand stimulation
• Reduced sensitivity during usual masturbation or intercourse
• Very fast ejaculation in the old prone pattern
• Performance anxiety and confusion regarding sexual response
This does not necessarily mean permanent damage has happened.
What may be happening in your case:
You may be experiencing a combination of:
• Masturbation pattern dependency / conditioning
• Ejaculatory control disturbance
• Possible penile desensitization due to long-term pressure-based stimulation
• Sexual anxiety / overthinking
What you should do:
1. Completely stop prone masturbation
This is the most important step.
2. Retrain your body with a normal, gentle method
Avoid excessive pressure, friction, or speed.
3. Do not test yourself repeatedly
Frequent checking often worsens anxiety and sexual performance.
4. Avoid porn and overstimulation
This helps reset arousal and sensitivity.
5. Pelvic floor and behavioral exercises
These can help improve ejaculation control and normal sexual response.
6. Take proper sexology consultation
In many such cases, counselling + behavioural therapy + medicines (if required) give very good results.
Important:
At your age, these issues are usually functional and reversible if managed early and correctly.
So please do not self-diagnose yourself with multiple disorders like permanent ED, anorgasmia, or irreversible dysfunction.
A proper evaluation by a qualified sexologist can help identify the exact issue and start the right treatment plan.
You can recover well with the right approach.
