Severe pain in only right

Asked for Male, 18 Years

Hello doctor.. I have severe pain in only right side of my head and right eye...too much pain...if i bend my head down or move in different directions it seems as if pain is also miving with movement of my head...the lower portion of my leg is warm like fever ...i also have stomach upset and this problem since 3 or 4 days..i do have mild cough...what it could be?what i should do?
