Severe pain in left neck n upper back.
Experiencing severe pain in the left upper back area. Also the pain starts from the neck. Not able to lift my left hand ad turn my neck or look down.

Left side trapezius is tight,so pain. Treatment-Apply hot water bath to trapezius muscles,after do rotation clockwise and anti clockwise movements for neck
