Upper and middle right side pain
I am having upper back and mid back pain 9 months  but mostly right side pain beside spine.i lifted heavy object almost 40 mints with hands from that time pain starts.recently mri of cervical spine with whole spine screening done it shows  mild posterior disc bulge at c5-6 level causing indentation of thecal sac and mild posterior disc bulge at l5 s1 causing indentation of thecal sac. What causes pain.iam taking painkillers no improvement, taking pregabalin and nortriptyline also no improvement. Constant pain 24 hours right side severe pain.can I ask doctor shoulder and scapula x ray .plz reply .what causes the pain.what physiotherapy can I take
