Consult a dentist.  Get an x ray done. It will show the status of tooth.  If it can be saved then normal restoration  or root canal treatment.. If it cannot be  saved then extraction.

Hi .. if u don’t remove d cause pain will b more., start with an antibiotic dose n pain killer.. u will have temporary relief.. n u can see d dentist as soon as possible

U need to go for the appropriate treatment ...as medicines are just going to give u temporary relief but till u are not going to treat the main cause of problem ul be in the same position of pain and discomfort
