Gum  swelling and puffiness issue
One of my teeth got a cavity, after which it got damaged and broke off a  3 month ago. Now, for the past few days, there is swelling and puffiness in the one gum under nearby tooth which is also cavities. No pain in that area I am rinseing this area with salty  warm  water from week   Please tell me how to treat this."

Hello You need to get an xray done. The broken tooth which is only a root stump now needs to be removed and the adjacent tooth below which the swelling is seen needs to be treated.

Please visit a dentist this is an abscess which needs to be drained and you ll have to start with antibiotics as well.

Hello! Looks like a persistent infection in the tooth resulting in the gum swelling. Need to start medications for the same. Also, an X-ray will be required Would request an in person consultation to evaluate the same.
