Severe lower back pain and pelvic pain
I experienced some back pain last week while playing badminton, I just rested and it reduced... Today I played badminton again and it has aggravated and I'm finding it hard to even sit or do basic activities... Please suggest what to do.

Apply diclofenac ointment and do hot fermentation twice a day, due to weak muscles you are getting pains while playing. do stretching exercises before starting play, if the pain still persists consult with nearby physiotherapist and take electrotherapy for a week.
