Severe headache. Me whom can i consult?

I am having headache very often. And the pain is severe at particular location. Because of this I am not able to do anything. In addition I am having issue in sleeping, sometimes nausea and vomiting, few time I got fainted. Nowadays I am losing my control of hands badly. Not able to concentrate properly. Earlier I was having good memory now suddenly I forget things what I did. Sometimes I also get changes in my mood without any cause. Also I am having pain near eyes. Sometimes it also get swelling around chin. After consultation with few doctor even after medications my pain is not cured. When consulted doctor he asked me to have a Scan. He also told me that it may be a sort of migraine. My question is do I need to go for a scan? Can you please suggest me whom can I consult? So far I have consulted general physician only.
