Severe hair fall
Hi
From a month I am suffering from severe vitamin b 12 defeciency,and iam having severe hairfall.
Iam suffering from a little burning sensation in scalp and doctor told me it is peripheral neuropathy.
Also while combing hair it is little painful.
Doctor has given me b 12 shots and medicines for hairfall he has given me keragro eva only
What should I do iam very tensed there is no improvement in hairfall at all
