More than 200 hairs falling a day Severe
Sir,
Whenever I shampoo in the morning I see around 100 of hairs in hands and drains. After this also in the entire day whenever I comb or pull my hair, I notice more than 20 hairs coming out every time. This is happening from last 1.5 months. Kindly advice what to do? Is it telogen effluvium or Androgenetic Alopecia ? Earlier also I was suffering from severe hairfall but it stopped after I shaved my head but after 3.5 months of head shave hairfall has again become severe. Pls. Pls. Pls. Help me
