He is 13yrs old.from last 2 day he is suffering from fever.now his body temp is 104f & eyes are completely red...have taken paracetamol 500 & an antibiotic...but fever is still 104 from last 4hrs

Since it is high fever I would suggest you to give him plenty of ors and give tab metal 500 mg additionally. High fever must be investigated and the source of infection must be identified. He might require hospital admission and iv fluids. It is important to maintain hydration. Review with a doctor asap.
