Severe fever with body shaking

Asked for Male, 59 Years

I've been suffering from severe fever ( temperature above 103-104 degree celcius ) for last two days. When the fever is about to come the whole body starts shaking and I can't breathe properly. I also have diabetes and i'm 59years old.

sir it cud be UTI/malaria/viral fever need to knw odr symptoms like burning micturition,joint pain ,cough,rashes if any to cm to conclusion smoking alcohol anything u take is ur Sugar is under control wat medication ur on do u hv BP problem too any breathing problem in past fr nw to alleviate fever take tab dolo 650mg 8 hrly till fever persist antibiotics wud depending on odr symptoms u let me knw
