Severe Fever from four days

Question

Asked for Male, 19 Years

I have loss of appetite, Headache sometimes, knee joint pain, couldn't sleep properly at night, sometimes fainting symptoms, eye pain(behind eye). Never had any serious medical condition before. Also I overworked in gym with less water four days ago I think.
