Severe Anemia Prob due to Piles

Asked for Female, 67 Years

My GrandMa have mild liver Cirrhosis, but she is doing fine, But suddenly due to Severe Piles problem, She had a blood loss through Motion Tract..She was admitted in Hospital & being Treated..Now 2 packets of Blood was Transfused to her bringing her Hemoglobin From 5.8 to 8.9...But After one day, Her Blood Hemoglobin Now reads 7.9 that is loss of 1 Point in a day.They said Piles is treated now..But 1 Point blood loss ! Is it a cause of Concern or Normal ? Should we worry that 1 point was lost in a day ?? Why should we do ?
