Sevear pain in abdomen

Asked for Female, 38 Years

I m a 38 years married women. Atpresent my period days are going on. From yesterday night after having eggs in dinner from next day I.e today around 4 pm I have sevear pain in my abdomen. I tried "ENO" thinking this is due to gas but still pain is there. I just took cyclopam tablet on suggesting by one of our relative who was medical representative.
