My serum globulin is 3.49. What does it mean. Should i do any other test? Why is it high.? What should I do to bring it to normal?

Normal range for serum globulin is 2-3.5. Means your range is normal. Globulin is a protein found in blood.its a major component of blood protein. Condition in which globulin is increased: Infection, inflammation,kidney diseases,liver diseases,etc. Condition in which globulin is decreased: Malabsorption, dehydration, malnutrition,more heavy work,liver disease,etc
