My mom got a blood test done .Is a serum globulin level of 4.4 a concern .the A/G ratio is 0.91. the Albumin is 4.3 .

No need to wry because there is no albumin globulin ratio reversal , I would suggest u should mention the reason of testing her, symptoms of the patient and kindly monitor her report one month later.
