  4. Sensation in head. As early as possible!

My32 year old younger brother has been feeling some sort of continuous sensation under the scalp for 20 days. There is no pain and his sleep is ok. He is taking diet normally. He has busy working routine. What should be the remedy please Advise us. His height is 5 feet 4 inch and weight is about 65 kg. As for computer computer related work but but it is not at the stretch. Please Advise as early as possible
