Generally thyroid gland issues are due to
1. deficiency of magnesium, vita b12, zinc, iodine, vita c, vita b2, vita b3, selenium, iron, vita d, vita A.
2. Non conversion of t4 to t3 ( mainly due to sluggish liver)
3. autoimmune condition ( mostly related to wheat and diary)
In current medical treatment, focus is on elimination of the symptoms but underlying condition is not looked into. As you can see, finding ans to above 3 mentioned problems lies in good diet and detox.

Hello dear good evening. I can understand your concern. Be cool and relax first. Your reports are under normal levels with 75mg of thyroid tab. Now you can reduce to 50 mcg that is 1-0-0 ,in early morning for 6 months and repeat your thyroid profile. But next time you also include FREE T4 levels.
