Sciatica and back pain
This problem i have since 1 year. I have lower back problem and the pain shoots to my right leg to my rt. Foot. So much that i can't stand even  10_-15 min. What  do you advice me to do. And what will it cost. For how many days will the treatment take. Thankyou

It's due to lumbar spondylosis related spinal radiculopathy, start physiotherapy asap along with medications to support the nerves and ana, rest.

Please consult a physio for your treatment. As it's a chronic case you will need a couple of physio session. Days can't be said without assessing your case..Cost also will vary on multiple condition..My suggestions is that take a consultation from a physio and start your session soon.

U have nerve compression because of that u feeling pain in ur leg n foot. Use lumbar belt while walking. Visit to the manual Physiotherapist who can help u pain relief and also strengthening of back muscles. Avoid forward bending and weight lifting. Focus on ur posture correction. Take small breaks after every one hour from work.
