Ringing of ears and fainting

Asked for Female, 31 Years

Am 31yrs old unmarried lady, I used to have restless heart next day ringing ears and fainting for 2 yrs. No doctors could treat my health problem and couldn't prescribed medicines. Someone told the I have bad colt blood which not not flow into my heart well.
