RIGHT WRIST PAIN
I AM HAVING PAIN IN RIGHT WRIST CONNECTING THUMB.PAIN SINCE 1 YEAR.OCCURS EVERY10 -15 DAYS.WHENEVER TRY TO LIFT UP JUG FULL OF WATER OR HEAVY OBJECT THEN I FEEL LIKE THAT OBJECT WILL FELL DOWN.IMMEDIATELY I HAVE TO LIFT THAT OBJECT WITH LEFT HAND.WHEN PAIN STARTS IT PERSISTS FOR 1 DAY.AFTER I APPLY MOOV IT GETS NORMAL IN 3-4 HOURS.DOCTOR SAID NERVE CLIMBS SO I HAVE PAIN.MEDICINE PRESCRIBED WAS DEFLAZACORT 6 MG, KYMOSLVFIOH.

You need to take rest for atleast 10days ,apply ice and if possibl you can use thumb spica just to protect your tendon with this it will be much better if you take ultrasound therapy from your nearest physiotherapy centre and also visit your nearest orthopaedic doctor. later on you can start mild exercises as advisable by your physiotherapist.

It is D tenosynovites u may need rest ur thumb Icing & physio. Or intra articular inj.

It's probably de quervians tendinitis. U may need depomedrol injection into involved tendon. Consult an orthopaedic surgeon
