Right shoulder blade pain
From last 2 weeks i have pain in my right shoulder blade. I cant sit jst for 5 mins without support. Once pain starts it doesnt get better with lying down n pain killer is also not working. I consulted a physican 1 week back he said its extereme calcium deficency and prescribed some medicines bt its not working. Now from last 3 days i have whole back pain. Wht should i do? Should i consult a orthopaedic or go on with the prescribed medicine?

Hello dear...stop lifting heavy objects...take hot water application for 15 min...consulted physiotherapy ...take regular basis physio treatment..thanks

Hi looks like trapezitis. Try taking pain killer with muscle relaxant. You might need physio.

Hello ur pain is from Muscles of the Shoulder OR Neck. Ur symptoms suggests that it may be from Infraspinatous Muscle OR from the Trapezius Muscle. Just go to any good Physiotherapist and check it out from proper examination. U may opt Dry Needling treatment from any good Physiotherapist which is very good treatment with quicker results.

You need to have a proper clinical evaluation..... Mostly this kind of pain is postural..... But still the reason can be determined by examining your pain... If you work mainly on system or writing or phone you are prone to have this kind of postural problem....
