Right knee pain
Hello doctor my name is Annu I'm 25 I'm facing knee pain in my right leg , I've researched online what would be the cause and changed my diet I've stopped eating cool drinks , baked and oil foods outside , but one thing I cannot understand does eating boiled or burned corn is bad for knees ?? Online it says Omega 6 is not good for joints ! Can you help me to clear my doubt doctor thank you doc 😊

Your knees pain are may be due to some changes or injuries in at knee!. So please get an x-ray done of knee joints first. I will suggest you better after seeing your repost.
