I have problem in my right knee. It pains and sometimes gives inflammatory sensation. My weight is 55 I do moderate exercise during evening at gym. And at times I eat junk or unhealthy. I take calcium supplements and other vitamin supplements also. Please suggest some remedies n also let me know causes for the same.
