Right arm pain
Hello dr. Im having right shoulder blade, arm, and hand pain from the past 5 days. I have been on pain killers which were of no use. Could anyone please tell me what could be the problem and whom i have to consult???

The pain must be due to the fact that you might've had some sprain during sleep or might've lifted some heavy article
You can use some mild pain killer like Paracetamol 500 mg twice a day after food,and some mild shoulder excersige daily.

Did you have any trauma to your neck or lift anything very heavy?
You might need xray of neck.

Avoid lifting weights and excessive neck movements.
