While breathing my back bone ribs are paining from past a month under diabetic and hypertension medication

The pain could be due to vitamin and mineral deficiency. Are you taking vitamin supplements? Is your diabetis under control? Take tablet Shelcal HD once daily , tablet Neurokind LC once daily. Take plenty of leaffy vegetables and fruits juicy fruits. Drink plenty of water. Do regular physical exercises for atleast 30 minutes daily. If the pain is too severe take tablet Ultracet once daily.
