Restlessness, unable to focus
Hello, It's been years that I'm facing this issue and I usually used to ignored it but eventually I am facing this more and more. I'm really unable to focus on things. It affected my academic performance as well. I usually forget things I'm thinking about in couple of minutes. Also I am getting very impatient. That causes me anger sometimes. I usually get bored by things very easily. I am unable to focus on work. Even some computer game bores me with little bit of playing. My sleep schedule is very off. I need help in thig regards Thanks

Hi there, This shows you are not goal oriented person... And it's normal to be like this at your age except that this kind of attitude should not make you a failure... Now, for concentration in studies you need to learn few techniques how to retain memory of the subject you read... If we work on it, step by step it's possible... Next, ask yourself what you want to be? What's your idea of life? What you want out of your life? Where you want to see yourself next 10 years? Ask few introspective questions to yourself and chalk down all the points.. Then, visit a professional psychologist or psychiatrist and sort out your thoughts, attitude and hopelessness openly and thoroughly... Iam sure any one of us or myself will sit together explore your own self and put  you on track... Don't worry.... Be happy....
Next Steps
Schedule an appointment with a professional Counsellor and take two or three sessions you will be fine...
Health Tips

Good day Friend.  Lack of concentration or focus is a symptom of anxiety.  If your mind is overwhelmed with anxious thoughts or overthinking about future or career or fear of unknown etc, obviously it will not be  mindfull in  one particular task. Solution for such symptoms is to learn Anxiety Management and learning mindfulness techniques.  I know it's not that easy, but definitely doable if you are willing to make a change in your life. Take a counseling session to assess your symptoms, lifestyle, habits, daily routine etc. Identify the area of improvement and start making small small changes,  your will definitely overcome this problem. Be positive. You will be alright soon.
