Your left kidney function is compromised. Given there is thinning of parenchyma , it's probably for a long time.
Aa your ureter is also dilated but with no obstructing stone, it might be secondary to a stricture , which you may have developed due to passage of stone previously.
Your right kidney is the main caretaker now, so keep it healthy
