I Am 51 Old Kidney Stone Patient In Latest USG Report Impression given Is Mild fullness in the left pelvic system with parenchymal thinning. Is this any Serious Problem. Please Guide.

Aa your ureter is also dilated but with no obstructing stone, it might be secondary to a stricture , which you may have developed due to passage of stone previously.
