Kidney stone
.Sir/Madam, I had an ultrasound done. Report shows: - Mild hepatomegaly (liver mildly enlarged, 15 cm) - Tiny right renal calculus of 3.3 mm in right kidney - No hydronephrosis or blockage - Rest of organs normal I want to know: 1. Can this kidney stone pass naturally? 2. What medicines/diet should I follow? 3. Do I need any blood or urine tests? 4. Is the mild liver enlargement serious? 5. What precautions should I take?

It might pass naturally, increase your hydration. Get blood tests and some specific urine tests done for stone. Consult your Nephrologist for detailed evaluation. Also consult your dietician for diet advice. Liver enlargement is not concerning at present but you need to consult a gastroenterologist.
