Minor pain in Right side of Kidney

Asked for Male, 58 Years

I have a past history of Kidney stone since 2015. Now I am facing a minor pain in Right side of Kidney occasionally ( sometimes 2 - 3 times in a day & sometimes once in 2 - 3 days) and it is continuous after move out of 4mm kidney stone from Right kidney in July 2025. The ultrasound report mentioned that there is fullness of collecting system seen in Right Kidney. Now what should I do ?

You need to get plain ct of abdomen / NCCT KUB along with complete urine examination and renal function tests. Please consult a urologist for further treatment . For pain please consider prescription and do not take over the counter pain killers as it may affect kidney function
