Kidney issue
Hii my boyfriend 27 yrs old ,he had creatinine levels 1.4 and proteiniura ratio is 0.49 and rbcs is 5-10cell/cumm and normal ultrasound with 8.9 right kidney and 9.7 left kidney and no bp no sugar and uric acid is 7.1 and after 3 months his result is creatinine 1.35 and proteiniura ratio is 0.3 the doctor gave only febuxostat tablet due to this issue he thought his life is in danger so he said I can't marry u but I can't accept any one is his condition that problem or its a reversible problem pls tell me sir

We need to investigate why his creatinine is elevated and why does he have proteinuria and rbc in urine . Will need to do blood test and sos a biopsy
