Query related to kidney stone
I have done a USG and it came that I have got a kidney stone which is tiny and forming now, and the size is approx 4 mm. My doctor who is a GP, asked me to take Cystone 2 tabs/day and Renalka syrup. I found these are ayurvedic medicines by Himalaya, so I am curious whether these will be effective. Kindly advice.

When a stone is small in size less than 5 mm if u restrict ur salt intake and take enough water it should pass out by it self the tablets he gave will dissolve the stone and speed up the process .as long u take enough water about 3.5 lt,salt less than 5 grams u will be ok
