I have been having runny nose for about two years. After taking antihistamines i get relief for 4 or 5 days but again the problem starts.
these days i am taking chestan cold when I need. I also have developed sinusitis though not much headache. My main problem is runny nose.

You seem to be having an allergy. That's why you get only temporary relief with medicines. You have to change the medication and also maybe take steroid spray. But all these ll only be temporary treatment. Mainstay of treatment is avoidance of allergen. There is very rarely a complete cure for allergy
