Hi,.
I am 36yr old, suffering migraine, gastritis and giddiness these days.
Someone suggested me to put water patti around stomach, head and throat as per ayurveda.
Can someone please tell me if it helps me withthe above conditions?
I am tired and sick of feeling giddiness, belching and lightheadedness especially few days before my menstrual period days.
Is it common to have such symptoms before periods.
Should I try jal patti for this?
If so when should I try it ans how frequent should I follow this. Please suggest me on this.
Thanks in advance.

Nope.. Jal patti is not enough and also not something told by Ayurveda except in summer season regime to reduce heat or bear the heat of environment. Good you doubted someone and came here to ask authentic Ayurvedic Doctors. Your symptoms seems to be of gastritis in Ayurveda it looks like rasa kshaya and due to vata prakopa during nearing the periods it's getting more.
There are good Ayurvedic safe medicine for this consult to get the prescription. It will be effective within few days to a week maximum.
