Hi, my Vitamin D level was initially 15 ng/mL. I completed a of once a week course of 10 week of Drise 60K on February 4th. A follow-up test last month showed my levels have risen to 80 ng/mL. Given this result, should I start a maintenance dose of 60K once a month starting this March? and if yes for how many Month? I've heard 4 months of maintenance dose is needed.

Your initial Vitamin D level 15 ng/mL indicated Vitamin D Deficiency, and the treatment with weekly Drise 60K (cholecalciferol) has worked very well. A current level of 80 ng/mL is actually towards the upper side of the normal range (generally optimal range is about 30–60 ng/mL).
Because your level is already quite high after treatment, starting 60,000 IU monthly immediately may not be necessary right now. Continuing high doses unnecessarily can gradually push levels into an excess range.
Next Steps
• It is reasonable to pause high-dose supplementation for now.
• Instead, maintain Vitamin D through regular sunlight exposure and diet.
• Recheck Vitamin D level after about 3 months.
• If the level drops closer to 30–40 ng/mL, then a maintenance dose such as 60K once every 1–2 months may be considered.
Health Tips
• Try to get 15–20 minutes of sunlight exposure (arms and face) 3–4 times per week.
• Include foods rich in Vitamin D such as eggs, fatty fish, fortified milk, and mushrooms.
• Avoid taking frequent high-dose supplements without monitoring, as excess Vitamin D can lead to calcium imbalance.
• Maintain regular physical activity, which helps bone and muscle health.

Current Vitamin D level is 80 ng/mL, which is adequate. No need to start any maintenance dose as of now.
Maintain with sunlight exposure and diet and recheck after 3 months.
If the level drops to 30–40 ng/mL, a maintenance dose of Vitamin D3 60K once every 1–2 months can be considered
