Regarding pulse rate
I don't i have psvt or not one day my pulse rate reach 185 bpm feel no symptoms after that i have done echo which is normal and after one year pulse rate reach if above 180 plus feel like I will die and super dizzy and if pulse rate reach till 160 no such symptoms it means i have heart failure or weak muscle should I repeat echo
