Hello, I would like to know what were symptoms and why did you get an abdominal USG done. Unless you have any symptoms the findings on the USG won't be able to tell us anything. Please connect and tell me your history, then we can go ahead

For pancreas the best modality to diagnose is a CT abdomen with contrast. Please visit a surgical gastroenterologist and schedule a CT abdomen with contrast. That will provide further details regarding your pancreas. Moreover USG is operator dependent. The radiologist will mention what he or she saw. Do not worry.

First of all : Do not panic – in many cases these are incidental findings, but proper follow-up is important to rule out anything significant The ultrasound shows a very small gallbladder polyp (3 mm), borderline liver enlargement, and a note of slight thickening in the neck of the pancreas whose significance is uncertain. Such pancreatic findings on ultrasound are not always reliable, as the pancreas is often not clearly seen. In most cases, this may be a non-serious or artefactual finding, but given its location, it is important not to ignore it.
Next Steps
1.Get basic blood tests done. 2.If symptoms persist, consider a more detailed imaging test like CECT / MRI abdomen for better visualization of the pancreas 3.Repeat ultrasound in 6 months to check for any change in size. 4.You can consult me if you face any further symptoms for further evaluation and follow-up.
