Having loose motions and burning urination together can sometimes be related — gut bacteria like E. coli can simultaneously cause an intestinal infection and a urinary tract infection. The fact that previous antibiotics have not helped suggests either the wrong antibiotic was used or there may be bacterial resistance — which is why a urine culture is important to identify the exact bacteria and choose the right treatment. In the meantime, stay well-hydrated with ORS and water, and follow a bland diet.
Next Steps
Please get a urine routine examination and urine culture done. See a doctor for a proper prescription based on the results rather than continuing with untargeted antibiotics. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.

In young women, urinary symptoms can have multiple causes and need to be assessed properly with a complete history. Please don’t delay this — untreated UTI can ascend to the kidneys. I would strongly recommend booking a private online consultation with me at the earliest so I can take a detailed history and give you the right treatment. Some questions are better discussed privately for accurate diagnosis.
